GLK Holdings LLC operates grahamkindermann.com, the Structural Advantage newsletter, and three free diagnostics: the Structural Advantage Index, the Household Diagnostic, and the Structural Audit. This page says what each one collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be complied with.
The short version
None of the diagnostics require an account. You can finish any of them, see your full result, and leave without giving an email address. Nothing is held back behind a form.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
The three tools differ in one respect that matters, so they are described separately below. The Structural Audit never transmits your answers anywhere. The Index and the Household Diagnostic do send a summary of your result, and the Index also sends one free-text answer. Read the section for the tool you used.
The Structural Audit
audit.grahamkindermann.com
Your answers stay in your browser. The fifty answers, your company name, industry, revenue band, role and any optional figures you enter are held in your browser’s local storage so you can close the tab and come back. They are also encoded into the save code the tool offers you. They are not sent to a server, and we never see them.
The save code and the share link contain your answers. That is what makes them work on another device. Anyone holding the code or the link holds the audit. Treat both the way you would treat the report itself.
If you ask for the follow-up emails, we send your email address, your first and full name if you gave one, your company name, your score band, your numeric score and your reason for taking the audit to Loops, our email provider. Your individual answers are not included. Loops stores this to send the three follow-up emails and any newsletter you later opt into. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and using it stops everything.
Anonymous usage measurement. Using PostHog, the tool records which steps people reach: started, each dimension completed, results viewed, follow-up requested. This runs under a random identifier generated in your session. Attached to those events are your score, band, industry, revenue band, your reason for taking the audit, and how you arrived at the tool. None of it is linked to your email address or to your individual answers. It exists to answer one question: where do people abandon the audit.
What the audit does not do. No advertising trackers, no ad pixels, no attempt to identify individual visitors.
The Structural Advantage Index
index.grahamkindermann.com
Your answers stay in your browser while you take it, in local storage, so a closed tab does not lose your progress.
The email step is optional and can be skipped. The full report is on the next screen either way.
What is submitted at that step is your email address and name if you gave them, your company name, your archetype, your three axis scores, your revenue band, your role, and the one-sentence answer you typed. That last one is the exception worth naming: it is your own words, and it does leave your browser. It goes to two places. A form-capture endpoint records the lead, and Loops receives your email, first name, archetype and three axis scores to run the follow-up sequence.
If you skip the email step but typed a name or company, those two fields are still recorded as a lead. Nothing else is sent.
Measurement. The Index uses Umami for page and step analytics and carries a Meta pixel, which fires a conversion event containing your archetype code when you submit an email. See Advertising and analytics below.
The Household Diagnostic
household.grahamkindermann.com
It asks no financial figures. Every question is multiple choice. There is no income field, no net-worth field, no account balance, and no free-text box. The only things you type are your name and your email address, and only if you choose to.
Your answers stay in your browser in local storage while you take it.
The email step is optional. If you complete it, we send your email address, your first name, your binding constraint, your structural score and your tier to Loops, and record the same summary as a lead. Your individual answers are not included.
Measurement. Umami and the same Meta pixel as the rest of the estate. See below.
The website and the application form
grahamkindermann.com is a static site with no login. It sets no cookies of its own, though the Meta pixel described below does set one.
The application form on /apply is hosted by Tally and runs in an embedded frame. What you type there goes to Tally, which holds it under its own privacy policy, and on submission you are sent to Calendly to book a time. Calendly then holds your name, email and the time you chose. If you would rather not use either, email me instead. The address is at the bottom of every page and it reaches the same place.
Advertising and analytics
Two measurement tools run across the site and the diagnostics, and one of them is an advertising tool. Naming them plainly is the point of this section.
- Umami records page views and named events (which step you reached, which link you clicked). It is cookieless and does not build a cross-site profile.
- The Meta pixel runs on grahamkindermann.com, the Index and the Household Diagnostic. It reports page views, outbound link clicks and, on the two tools, a conversion event when an email is submitted. It is an advertising tool: Meta can associate that activity with your Facebook or Instagram account, and it is used to measure and target advertising. It does not run on the Structural Audit.
- PostHog runs on the Structural Audit only, as described above.
If you would rather not be measured, a tracker blocker or Do Not Track in your browser stops all three. Every diagnostic works normally with them blocked.
The newsletter
Structural Advantage runs on Substack. Subscribing means Substack holds your email address under its own privacy policy, and Substack decides what it does with it. Unsubscribe from any issue.
Retention
Email addresses stay in Loops until you unsubscribe or ask to be deleted. Lead records and analytics events are kept for as long as they are useful and are deleted on request. Structural Audit answers have no retention period, because we never hold them.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted. It will be done within thirty days, and you will not be asked why.
To clear a saved diagnostic from your own browser, use “Start fresh” on the tool’s opening screen, or clear site data for that subdomain.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the change is noted in the newsletter.
